Item description
Brand new factory sealed vhs tape. Rare TV movie is Out Of Print in all formats and no longer being manufactured. This may be a better looking transfer than the dvd since it was closer to the sourceprint age wise. Both versions are full screen since it was made for TV. The uncompressed analog sound should definately be better here.
After four decades of marriage, Frank Walsh (Walter Matthau) suddenly finds himself single again just like his son Robert (John Stamos). The differance however, is that Frank misses married life and dreads the silence of an empty house. Robert has never committed himself to a woman. Meeting Susan (Teri Polo) complicates his thinking. He is clearly attracted to her, but keeps shying away from commitment.
When Frank meets Florence (Carol Burnett) and falls in love, Robert tries to block the romance but ultimately realizes that he cannot stand in the way of his father's happiness. Perhaps in accepting his father's new life, Robert can finally find happiness of his own too. Looks especially great on old school telvisions since it will fill your square frame.
