Item description
If you are a collector of antique SETH THOMAS then you know how rare these are. Rarely coming up for sale and very very hard to find.
Antique Seth Thomas paper weight advertising clock. Advertising for "THE SOLID STEEL CO. Steel Castings out of Alliance O.
NICKEL PLATED with very thick glass front. ALL ORIGINAL
WINDS....THE SECOND HAND, HOUR HAND, AND MINUTE HAND ALL WORK AS THEY SHOULD. Some wear on nickel finish which gives it a fantastic appearance. It was able to get it to run for a short time but It may need mechanically adjusted/cleaned as do all antique clocks. No cracks or chips in glass. It hasnt been tested for accuracy or for an extended period of time.
3 1/8" diameter and 1 3/4" tall. Weighs 19 oz. (1 lb 3oz)
WHEN IS THE NEXT TIME YOU WILL SEE ANOTHER OF THESE? GOOD CHANCE FOR THE AVID CLOCK COLLECTOR.
