It appears to have been a spare. It is new out of box with light scuffs. It has some light rust on the shaft and on the gasket surface that I was able to clean off fairly well, but could still be cleaned better if desired. It spins smoothly by hand. I took some close ups of the information label. It is also marked: 143TC frame, Spec M05E001W506H1. The diameter of the shaft is 7/8". It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
