We only take returns because forces us too. Please realize, if the item you are sent is altered in any way, (we leave a removable distinguishing mark somewhere on all of our items), we will not honor a refund and will file a fraud complaint with. Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described, and at the expense of the buyer for the cost of the return shipping. No expressed guarantee unless otherwise noted. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. This cost could be less depending on where you are.
