Has a little red adjustable "bumper" I guess you can set it so if your kid drops the tone arm on the record hard it hits that and does not damage the needle A few cartridges have a little wire wrapped around 2 terminals, as in the last photo, maybe for mono applications? or to share a ground? We post that picture for reference. Yours may not have that wire (or ask prior to bidding) IF YOU RESTORE OLD PHONOS AND HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING YOUR REPLACEMENT CERAMIC OR CRYSTAL CARTRIDGE (OR STYLUS), YOU CAN SIMPLY TAKE OUT THE CARTRIDGE AND PUT ONE OF THESE IN WITH A BIT 2 WAY FOAM TAPE, HOT GLUE, EPOXY PUTTY, ETC. It should fit into many of the old big tonearms and should work to replace any ceramic type cartridge (also may work for the big old metal crystal type too, although may have lower output than the original crystal) These are stereo, but can easily be used for mono by connecting to just two terminals.
