Handmade copper earrings: long chainmail and similar items

These handmade copper earrings are a linked chainmail design with a red glass bead wire wrapped in a herringbone pattern. The ear wires are also handmade out of copper wire. This is a versatile and eye catching design suitable for any occasion. Drop length is ~1 5/8” from the piercing and ~1/2” wide. The item pictured is the exact one shipped,ready to ship in 1-2 business days, actual shipping time to most US cities is 2-5 days. Gift box: All jewelry items come in a handmade gift box made from color coordinating cardstock and twine bow. An example gift box is pictured. Gift note option: If you would like to mail directly to the recipient as a gift, I can include a small card with short handwritten note tucked under the bow and remove any price information from the packing slip. Size/type of stone bead: I can substitute any 6mm round beads seen here Length: I can make these earring longer by extending the chainmail pattern. Add 1/4" to the length and $2 for each additional set of links. Remove the top set of links for $2 less. Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
