Star Trek Original TV Series Ensign Chekov Ceramic Mug 1986 Ernst Collection NEW Originally produced in 1986 by the Ernst Company in association with Hamilton Gifts, this is one of eight different mugs that matched the basic set of 8 blue rimmed ceramic plates produced at the same time. They feature an art rendition of each of the classic seven Star Trek TV series characters with their name on the back, and the 8th is a cast shot in the transporter. The art is by Susie Morton and this one features Ensign Chekov. This is a mint copy with no chips or scratches stored in a smoke and pet free environment. The flash from the camera hides the full color of the art. The mugs were always harder to find than the matching plates, which we also offer .
