Should the package not reached you after 2 weeks of purchasing, please e-mail us so that we can investigate into the matter for you. Return policy Replacement product available within 30 days All purchased items are fully refundable within 30 days from the purchased date if the customer no longer requires the product, providing the item is unused, undamaged and unopened.
