This is the Playbill for The Phantom of the Opera at the Phantom Theater inside the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada. Playbill is dated February 2010.
Includes Cast and Who's Who and credits. Starring Anthony Crivello as the 'Phantom.'
The Las Vegas production of Phantom took all of the classic elements of the show and added unique aspects to create a whole new eperience from its Broadway production. The show opened in the new $40 million building consructed exclusively for the show designed by Broadway scenic designer David Rockwell. Gala opening night was on June 24, 2006. The curtain came down at 7pm September 2, 2012 after having played 2,691 performances at 10 perforamces a week.
The Phantom of the Opera is the longest-running show in American history. It celebrated its 25th anniversary in Juanuary 201 at the Majestic Theatre.
