Item description
This is a One Dollar gold-toned metal gaming token from The Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada owned and operated by Boyd Gaming. It opened in December 1986, 31 years ago, the first casino built from ground up by Las Vegas casino Mogul Michael Gaughan, who already operated the Barbary Cost on the Las Vegas Strip. Upon opening, the Gold Coast was the first casino to have a first-run movie theater specifically catering to the growing 'locals' market of the Las Vegas suburbs.

It is made of great quality, only thing I would have preferred to be better was the clarity of the medallion. Not easy to see it’s features. Otherwise very good.
