Ouran High School Host Club Applicant Puffy and 20 similar items

I'm not exactly sure what it is; it's a sheet with see-through rubbery plastic pieces, kind of like stickers but more like window clings. But I'm not sure that's what they are. The side of the bag is open and there's a large plastic square that MIGHT be used to magnify the items, but could just as easily be something that the previous owner added. It features the characters all chibi-versions of the characters from the anime series.
