British WWI Era Army Officer Soldiers (2) and similar items

(2) Two Antique Real Photo Postcards. Depicting World War I Era Officers in Uniform. One card is written "British" on the back, and both have identical publisher stampbox logos. Divided back, foreign publisher marks presumably from Great Britain, unused. Condition: These are original photo postcards, not copies or reproductions. They are both in very good condition. Comments: The soldier wearing the heavy overcoat has a sergeant stripe on his shoulder. The reverse side dates the card 1917 and appears to identify him as "S.E. Kimbaualt" (sp?) and also reads, "Uncle Jack." The other officer image has a publisher's mark in the bottom left corner and the first word appears to read "Stapleton." The other words are too blurred to read. Notice there is a number on a slate resting on the ground, suggesting a series of photos were taken and each one was identified numerically. But the most fun part of this card is the window in the building in the upper left corner, where the face of a soldier watching the scene is visible.
