Vintage original sheet music from the song, THE WEE HOOSE' MANG THE HEATHER, written by the famous vaudeville, stage and silent film star, Harry Lauder, with Gilbert Wells and composed by Fred Elton and Harry Lauder. Published by Harms Inc. (NY) in 1917, this sheet consists of 6 pages on 9 x 12 in. cream stock. The front cover depicts a wonderful drawing of Sir Harry Launder sporting traditional Scottish attire which is signed by the artist in the lower right corner.
This vintage original sheet music is complete and in very fine- condition with the name of a prior owner and his date of acquisition (Dec. 2, 1929) handwritten in blue ink on the front cover. There are no tears, stains, or other flaws.
