Delivery time: In most case's domestic deliveries go out the same day if purchased before 3:00 pm PST. All other orders purchased after the cut off will go out the next business day. Return / Exchange policy: All sales are final as discribed and we do not allow returns unless ther error was on our part. To keep cost down we are not able to honor returns for all items.
