For all other items – Replacement or Refund only apply to defective or faulty items. Normally, we offer a free 1 to 1 replacement of the same item. On case be case basis, we can offer a partial refund up to 75% of the price instead.

To qualify for the 1 to 1 replacement or partial refund, customers must immediately, within 3 days of receipt of the defective item, email or message us describing the issue. We request that customer provide us a clear video showing the issue and ideally taken at close and medium distance. If we require a return (depending on the item purchased), we will inform customers and provide the return address. Please note return charges will be borne by customer.
