This item is (100) Clear Rubber Ridged Earring Backs a.k.a Earstoppers. These measure approximately 3.5mm long x 3.5mm wide. These are the smallest ones we carry right now and are harder rubber than most of our other stock. They seem to have holes too large for our 22g earwires so should be used on heavier earwires. These are put on the ends of ear wires to prevent the earring from falling out. These have saved me from losing some of my favorite earrings in the past and I swear by them.
