Easy to follow directions on the back of the included insert. (I'll slip the insert into a plastic page protector for you - I love to store these in a binder. They are so easy to find when I want to create a specific cake, and it keeps the instructions clean and nice.) Pan #2105-7040. Measures 12" x 11" In excellent condition - clean and nice, with just a bit of storage wear in the form of negligable light scratches here and there. The insert has light wear from storage.
