This covers 99.9% of repairs on this model. Repairs including problems such as a defective pc board could run higher. If such a repair is needed, we will contact you with any additional charges. If you decline to have it repaired at that point, your money will be refunded less the return shipping charge. If you are not having a problem with the power adapter, foot pedal or other accessory, there is no need to send it, but we cannot warranty what we don't get. Headsets are not a servicable item so if they are defective, you will need to purchase a new set. You can be assured your unit will be fully functional and ready to use.
