WARRANTY POLICY

International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com warranties all parts and accessories for thirty (30) days from the shipping date (the “International Flooring Center, Inc. Warranty”). Defective parts must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for refund or exchange. After 30 days, the part may carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for parts found to be defective after the expiration of the International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com Warranty.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY

Over Night Delivery and Two-Day Delivery items will be shipped by the requested method of delivery after your order has been processed. Items should ship same day within our business hours of order placement. Out of stock items should ship by the requested method within twenty-four hours of being received by the warehouse.

It is the customer responsibility to track his order and make sure he receive it on time especially next day and 2nd day, we do email tracking number the day we ship your order, make sure to check you spam box or contact us if you did not receive email with tracking information.

Late shipments must be inform to us immediately so we can contact the carrier and adjust the shipping charge base on how long the delivery was made.

In case of air service delay we will refund the shipping charge base on when it been deliver, if it been in 3 days instate 2nd day you will be credit the different of 2nd day to 3rd day charges.

GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY

By use of this site, customers authorize the carrier to leave a package at the destination delivery address without obtaining a signature if the carrier driver deems the location to be safe. Customers who are not able to locate the package that is claimed as delivered must follow the instructions for filing a claim listed below under the heading “Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims.”

Any incorrect shipping address that have been correct by UPS will be charge $6.00 for ground service and $10.00 for Air service. This is UPS charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com fills most orders within the same day as order placement. Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee an order may be canceled. Any order that is not able to be canceled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return following the policy listed below. Please also refer to sections titled “REFUSED SHIPMENT POLICY” and “Unauthorized Returns.”

There are few rules and I am sure you will all agree, Returning your money back will cost me some lost (Credit card fees, Handling fee), and we are not going to charge for it. we just like to get back the product in salable condition.

We credit your account same day we receive your product and after it been approve as new and un used product.

Time for you to return – one time customer: 30 days (from original order date until date of receipt at our location)

Shipping may not be refunded in all cases, and we will not pay for your shipping to return your product

Authorized Returns:

Returns must be authorized by contacting International Flooring Center, Inc. to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Authorization does not guarantee credit. International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com will issue credit to the customer upon receipt of the return package. The customer’s card may be recharged any applicable fees if subsequent inspection reveals damage, missing components, or incorrect reason for return. Authorized returns must be received by the warehouse no later than 30 days from the date of original shipment to the customer. Packages received after the 30 days from the original shipment date may not be accepted and may subsequently be returned to the customer. All returned products must be in resalable condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging. In addition all returned will incur a restocking fee of 25%, all sale are final for Sealers and Cleaners and any liquid products, the will be no return, or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns:

An unauthorized return is defined as any package returned to International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com Without the proper return authorization code on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns may include any package refused by the customer during a delivery attempt. Unauthorized returns received by International Flooring Center, Inc. may be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender. In this case, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to the sender. This cost will be passed along to the customer either in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer or a charge to the credit card if refund has already been issued. Any credits issued may be delayed.

PROCESS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE

1) Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: All returns must have an RA number for processing. Call International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com at 1-323-731-8453 or by Email: contact@flooringsupplyshop.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. RA’s are only valid for fourteen (30) days from the date of original product shipment to the customer.

2) Include the RA number on the outside of the package: RA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com Do not write the RA number on the actual box. Packages without an RA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted.

3) Ship within 30 days: Products must be returned within 30 days of original shipment to the customer. Packages received after 30 days of original shipment will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

4) Repack in original packaging: enclose everything originally received, including all components, manuals, and registration cards. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. International Flooring Center, Inc. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting International Flooring Center, Inc. to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

REFUND PAYMENTS

Credit will appear on the customer’s statement within one to two billing cycles. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax, and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping may not be refunded in all cases. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com may provide a pre-paid return label depending on the reason a return is requested. The customer is held responsible for all shipping fees where a pre-paid label is not provided.

CLAIMS POLICY

Visible Damage, Concealed Damage, and Missing Content Claims. Visible Damage is defined as any damage to the packaging that is identifiable without opening the package at the time of delivery. Concealed Damage is defined as any damage that is not immediately noticeable at the time the package is opened or when the product is first used. Missing Content is defined as any package that is missing product that the packing slip states is included. These types of claims must be made directly to International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com within (5) five business days of delivery. Any claims made after that time cannot be honored. Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims.

Incorrect Delivery is defined as any incident where the driver delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost Packages may occur in two ways. First, lost packages may occur when packages are not able to be located within the carrier’s network. Second, a package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the customer cannot locate the package. Both incorrect delivery and lost package incidents are usually discovered through standard tracking of the package.

Claims for either of these problems must be made directly to International Flooring Center, Inc. upon discovery. No claims will be honored after 14 days from shipment date. Incorrect Product Claims.

International Flooring Center, Inc. must be notified directly within 30 days of shipment of any package received where contents incorrect. We asked that you will ship it back to us, make sure you insure the package, we will pay for the shipping back to us and we will ship replacement soon you can provide a tracking number that the wrong item was shipped back, We will not wait for the product to arrive at our store before we ship replacement, we do not want to hold your project. Shower pan delivery and acceptance

We use UPS, BAX Global and or other private trucking companies for shipping, all standard sizes ship same day. As a customer you must inspect the shower pan before signing for the delivery, no claim will be accepted after signing, as we paying most of the shipping, we can’t effort losing money on shipping for replacement. If damage is discovering please contact us immediately and we will have the trucking company pick it up for no charge while you get replacement shipped same day. The shower pans are light and easy to remove from the box and inspect. We do extra protection for packaging to protect the shower pans very well.

Billing Address match

Verify you billing address, billing address must be match, the will be no shipping for order that the billing address is not match. In addition the will be 1% for any order that address was update after we been charged for “NO MATCH” by the credit card processing center, and was shipped.

If after you set your order you realize the address wrong, please contact us immediately before we process your card to avoid the extra charge and or having your order not shipped

Shipping Method

We do everything to improve our service, so we will use these 3 companies to select for each order which way it will ship. We will mostly use UPS or FedEx, if a customer request specific companies for delivery please specify it in your order on your checkout.

USPS – for some state like Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico, Virgin Island and some specific zone that USPS delivering better delivery time we will use the Post Office, Canada and International we mostly use USPS.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

We will use FedEx and or UPS base on the time order arrive and base on UPS / FedEx pick time, with both companies we will provide tracking that you can track your order from “ My Account" on our web site.
