If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges.

Once the return is approved you have an extra 14 days to return it, and we will let you know where to send your package. Return reasons will require photos submission, please send us clear photos showing the issue. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.

*Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.

You will be given credit for the items you return only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Credit/Gift Certificate or card refunds will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

We offer FREE Returns to almost All of our products, if any product you bought does not qualify for FREE shipping Label, you are responsible for paying for shipping and return the product with the shipping company of your choice at your own expenses.
