DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Always perform a patch test before using skin products to avoid adverse reactions by the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. For cleansing skin: Start with clean hands and no makeup (if used on face). With clean warm running water, lather the soap in your hands, then apply lather to face or other body areas rubbing in circular, gentle motions for a about minute. Rinse skin with clean water, then pat dry with a clean cloth. For using as a hand or foot soak, or in bath water: Immerge soap in water, gently rubbing it with hands to produce a desirable amount of suds. Take soap out of the water and place onto the soap saver dish. Soak hands, feet, or body for 15-30 minutes. Rinse off skin, then pat dry with a clean cloth. Try it together with our ARNICAmfort? Runner's Feet Arnica Soak Soothe Herbal Foot Bath For using for massage (in lue of massage oil): Wet the soap with water, gently rubbing it with hands to produce a considerable amount of suds on the hands. Apply the wet hands with soap suds onto the skin and massage skin gently. If necessary, add more water and soap onto the hands, just enough to produce slippery gliding on the skin (as with oil). Massage gently for up to 5 minutes. Remove soap from skin with wet cloth. Rinse skin with clean water. WARNING: Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Rinse skin generously with cool water. Consult physician for further advice. Do not use this Arnica Soap on damaged or recently sunburned skin. Do not take internally. External/cosmetic applycation only advised. STORAGE: When not in use, allow the soap bar air-dry. Turn the soap over periodically to allow air flow and to avoid sogging and mold.
