So it took me honestly two to three minutes. There's really no tools alone point you have to put in two screws and they give you the allen wrench to do that but over all it was super simple process. So it would work for an adjustable type bed. The only thing is, if you like moving your head up you're probably fine. You just gotta have this more towards your feet so it needs to be on a flat surface. So if your feet are saying flat and you're just adjusting that, you know, top of your bed, you're going to be Okay, but it just needs to have a flat surface where it can stay secure and not like moving around. So if it's like sideways or not totally flat, it's probably going to tip on you or whatever but overall this is an awesome tool, you know. our product if you have any trouble getting in and out of your bed, it's an affordable solution that's going to make that process.
