This is not one of the Pakistan reproductions. Made in the U.S.A. by Louisville Cap Company which closed its business in 1975. Marked size is 7-1/8. Medical Officer Cap Band. Double Air Vent Gromets on each side are intact. Leather sweat band is supple. Original gold toned cap device is intact. Marked size is 7-1/8.
