Vintage made in Japan Gentleman and Woman and similar items

Pair of vintage porcelain figurines made in Occupied Japan (1945 - 1952). The first is a gentleman in a long red coat, and the second is a lady with a basket of apples. Each figurine is almost 3 1/2 inches tall.Thise figurines are in good condition, no chips, cracks, repairs and with only a minimum of use. Measures 3 1/2 inches high, 1 1/2 with, base diameter 1 1/8 inch x 1 inch. Due to the nature of vintage items, all my items are sold "as is". Please review the pictures carefully, because they are an important part of the description. As with all vintage items, some wear or manufacturing defects may be present.
