Offered is this antique Barbour Co. 5 Piece Tea Set. This is an early set dating to the late 19th century circa 1890's. It is heavily chased or etched with raised flowers and florals. The silver plate is in wonderful condition and very shiny, though not perfect with some minimal spotting or loss of plating though overall the set has an outstanding display appearance (see images)! We have seen only one small dent where the lid opens against the upper handle on the teapot (see images). The set includes the teapot with attached lid, waste pot with removable lid, the creamer and sugar. A lovely set sure to add elegance to any table. Note: The interiors any of these antique sets may not be suitable for safe use as the interior plating may be unsuitable. Please see images as there is loss to the interior plating on this set.
