Weiss brooch, square shape, silver-tone mounting, featuring beautiful Rivoli shaped rhinestones, the color ranges from cobalt blue to aqua, accented with small aqua rhinestones, measuring 1-3/4" square, signed WEISS in an oval cartouche on the back
