Will you ship to where I live? We ONLY ship to the continental United States. This means NO Alaska, Hawaii, or ANY other country or territory. UPS only ships to street addresses. They will not ship to a P.O. box. UPS will not ship to a military base / address. UPS will deliver to a college dormitory. We can only ship to the confirmed address as listed on the payment. Description of Warranty: Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item for RMA number. If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. UPS will require your daytime phone number to schedule a pick up.
