Vintage 9.75 " Unmarked 4-Sided Crystal and 50 similar items

This is a vintage unbranded 4-sided obelisk, pyramid, monument. It is approximately 9 3/4" tall and 2 5/8" x 2 5/8" at the base. The base corners are clipped forming an octagon base. It tapers to the top which measures approximately 3/8" x 3/4" x 3/4". The design includes vertical and horizontal grooves. There are 2 vertical grooves per side approximately 4 3/8" tall and 2 horizontal grooves per side. The grooves are approximately 1/4" wide and 1/8" deep. The vertical and horizontal grooves gives a window pane effect. All 4 corners are "clipped" at the base forming an octagonal base. The clipping forms triangles approximately 1" x 1" x 1". The size of the clipped triangles varies. All edges are beveled. It is not marked. I purchased this in the 1980s at The Denver Design Center. The salesperson referred to it as "crystal". I have not had it tested for lead content, density, or reflective index. I lived in NYC before moving back to Denver. I started collecting obelisks and displayed them on a silver plate mirrored tray. It reminded me of a city skyline. I looked this obelisk over with a magnifying glass and felt it by hand. I found no chips, fleabites, cracks, hazing, or discoloration. There are several very small bubbles in the "crystal". There are also bits of lint in the photos. See Photos. I am downsizing and am selling most everything. Non-smoking household.
