The lamp body is made of plaster that has been cast into the form of a hand carved antique wood urn with handles. The lamp is made of mixed materials with a nice vintage style and a painted decorative finish. This is a heavy lamp. The lamp weighs about 17.5 pounds. The lamp will be double boxed for safer shipping. The lamp is from a fine Naples, Florida estate. This lamp is wired for electric use. The lamp is in working condition (it is a good idea to re-wire all vintage lighting before use). The lamp is not marked by a maker (see photos) The lamp is not marked by the maker (see photos and determine the maker, the age, and the origin). This lamp measures in total about 31.5 inches high to the top of the finial (it is about 241 inches high to the top of the socket), and it is about 13.75 inches wide from side to side at the handles.
