Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition as shown in photos. Some staining on the inside back neckline with some showing over the edge. Smocked waist elastic has some weakening. Missing the brand size tag, but an image search as identified the dress as being by Diane Freis.
Features: Light blue base color, ruffled v-neckline, 3/4 bishop puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, shoulder pads, stretch smocked waist, long midi-maxi length, pleated lower skirt, matching belt, neck tie rope tassel detail. Design features floral and gold jewelry.
