TEXAS LONGHORNS BASEBALL 1979 Media Guide
4" x 9" staple bound guide, 36 pages, filled with black white photos, schedule, results, facts, records and more info.
Coached by Cliff Gustafson in his 12th season, the Longhorns finished the season with a 61-8 record. The Longhorns reached the College World Series, finishing fourth with wins over Connecticut and Mississippi State and losses to eventual runner-up Arkansas and third place Pepperdine. Key players included Andre Robertson, Ronnie Gardenhire, Jim Acker, and Jerry Don Gleaton.
The media guide is complete and in FINE condition with some overall wear. Pages 17 -20 are corner creased on the bottom of the page.
