The inserts are SADMERC approved multi-durometer orthoses for diabetic foot care. INSOLE STRUCTURE: The top layer has shock absorption. It is closed cell with a durometer of shore A 25º 5º. The bottom layer holds its shape as well as being closed cell. The durometer is shore A 40º 5º. Get easy pain relief for all-day comfort. MOLDING: Self mold - wear for 3 days in shoes.
