Item description
This listing features a beautiful vintage Holland Mold dancing girl figurine, crafted approximately in 1965. This ceramic piece captures the elegance of a young girl in a flowing dress, posed gracefully with one hand resting on her cheek. The intricate details of her braided hair and pleated dress highlight the craftsmanship of Holland Mold, making this a timeless collectible.
Holland Mold was founded in 1946 by Austrian immigrant Frank Hollendonner in Trenton, New Jersey, a hub for ceramics. Initially operating out of a garage, the company specialized in creating molds for home crafters and pottery manufacturers. Over its 51-year history, Holland Mold became renowned for its quality molds, which were used to produce figurines, vases, and other decorative items. The company closed in 1997 as newer technologies replaced traditional mold-making processes.
