Jeff Beck In Concert 1970s Vintage Original Professional Iron On Transfer RARE! Up for sale is this professional Iron On transfer. These were printed by a company out of Chicago, to be sold to Shirt retailers who would then create shirts for customers in their store with the Iron On chosen by the buyer. The retailer would then take the transfer and with a professional press, adhere the design to the shirt of their choice. This was a close as you could get to customizing a t-shirt back then. As such, these iron ons cannot be tranferred without the use of a professional press, a home iron just isn't going to generate the heat and pressure necessary to adhere the design to a shirt. Each of these transfers is at least 30 years old and probably would not survive the transfer process. Therefore, I highly recommend that these transfers be purchased for their collectibility, rather than trying to use it to make a garment from it. Some of the transfers are in pristine condition, some not so much. I've made an attempt to shoot each transfer as a whole, so the buyer can see all the defects, then a close up, so the detail of the transfer can be seen. I suggest you study the photos carefully, as what you see is what you'll get. I purchased these years ago for my Music merchandise store which I closed in 1996. Since then, most of my inventory has been sold , but as I'm cleaning out areas of my home, I come across a buried treasure or two. This is one of those finds.
