Every item is 100% brand new direct from the manufacturer (no exceptions).
Due to health regulations, we DO NOT accept used items for return or exchange.
If non-defective is returned, 20% will be deducted from refund.
Shipping charges are non refundable. If your item was shipped free of charge, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted
We Only accept returns with manufacturer defects in the original packaging and unused.
All items must be returned in its original packaging and all parts must be included
If a product is damaged or broken, notification must be received within the first
5 business days when the product is delivered.
During returns, package will be inspected before a refund is issued.
