The bell is made of glass with a hand painted floral decoration of flowers. The item looks to be signed by the artist (see photos). The bell includes the cast metal brass display stand (see photos). The entire piece including the display stand measures in total about 8.75 inches high, and the frame is about 5.5 inches wide from side to side. The bell portion alone measures about 3.5 inches high, and it is about 3.5 inches wide at the base of the glass bell. The item is beautiful with hand painted flowers. The item is from an estate liquidation. The item has minimal wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
