The item depicts a porcelain vase, a plate and many white flowers. The painting is signed by the artist illegibly: looks to be signed N. Lott (see photos and decipher the signature). The painting is beautiful, with an ethereal look and flowers painted in an Impressionist style (see photos). The painting is painted on canvas covered artist board panel. The painting is framed in the old gold gilt gilded original picture frame. I would date the painting to be about 85 +/- years old. The item in total as shown framed measures about 17.5 inches high, and it is about 21.5 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 16 inches high, and it is about 20 inches wide. The picture frame has some finish losses, scuffs, and some wear. The painting has some minimal wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). The item is from an estate liquidation.
