I do not know the maker or the origin, but it looks to be Navajo American Indian in style and US in origin to me (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item measures in framed total about 1 foot 3 and 3/4ths inches high and it is about 1 foot 3 and 3/4ths inches wide. The painting portion from the back side is about 12 inches by 12 inches wide.
