Seems super rare
Vinyl fabric
Royal blue with white from
Retired chief Illiniwek
Few minor marks on white as shown
Has repair patch on back with about 6 to 8 small rips in outter cover
Very minor leakage from zipper area
Measures 16-17 tall as shown or smashed at 14" tall x 28" wide
*see photo for slight leakage while I photographed and packed this.
Will be shipped in bubblewrap and contractors bag due to large size
