We only take returns because forces us too. Pick-up is welcome to save on packing and shipping costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, may vary with package origin destination, particularly during peak periods.
