Vintage Japanese Art of Chokin Black Porcelain Vase Circa 1987. Approximate measurements are: 9 3/4" Tall x 5" Wide x 2 1/2" Thick. 2 Original Stickers on bottom: 24 KT Gold Japan. It is missing the Art of Chokin Sticker which should read: The Art of Chokin, Metal engravings from Japan are created by the ancient Art of Chokin, Gilded with Gold Silver, the engravings were originally created to decorate the Armament of the Samurai Warriors. This exquisite Vase is a true masterpiece of Japanese Artistry. The intricate design features a Hummingbird with its wings spread out, surrounded by delicate Flowers. The Vase is made of high-quality materials has a 24 Kt Gold edge that adds a touch of Elegance to the Piece. Perfect for Collectors of Asian Art- definite Conversation Starter! Condition is preowned with no chips, cracks or crazing. Few scuffs/ scratches on bottom due to age, use love. Gold edges worn off in places at top bottom. Photos are part of description. T20
