Regularly clean the products to maintain the brightness of the finish as well as the functionality. 2. Clean the product surfaces using only water and/or neutral detergents and then wipe dry with a soft towel. 3. Pay attention to cleaning the products in even the concealed areas. SHIPPING Shipping United States: We ship from Virginia using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not change your shipping address by email. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to the wrong address. We do ship to APO, FPO, and Post Office box addresses. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and any other US State. Shipments over $250 will need a signature confirmation upon delivery. Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been cleared(Sat. Sun. excluded.) The shipment usually takes 3 -7 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchasing. Local pick-up is not available. Shipping International: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. RETURN Merchandise purchased may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions: Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The material must be unused, and unaltered. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and we will deduct the shipping cost in sending you the goods from the refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
