Top has wide sleeves with ribbed cuffs and bottom. Shoulder pads. Body is knit (with patched paisley), sleeves are a shimmery lightweight polyester. Two-button upper back. Pleated skirt (front only) has left button closure. Elastic waistband on back, flat band on front. There are no fabric, care, or size tags attached. Looking at similar items, top appears to be acrylic and nylon with polyester sleeves. Skirt is polyester. I believe this is machine washable, and am estimating the size to be a woman's small.
