The molds are quite easy to master: Simply pour a small quantity of tempered chocolate over the pattern sheet, making sure the chocolate fills into the intricate patterns. Pour tempered chocolate over the pattern sheet and level to an even thickness using the edges as a guide. Remove any excess chocolate. Allow chocolate to fully firm and crystallize.
