Item description
This is a very old, very heavy, stainless steel lid. it measures 11" from edge to edge. it has a knob in the center, that you can turn, to open a steam release. or, you can turn it to close, to keep the heat in.
this lid is thick stainless steel. it weighs 1 1/2 pounds. it is well made, from yester year. I do not see any name or markings on it. i am not sure who made it, but i suspect it came out of WI and west bend, under some label or other, but that is just me guess. if i get feedback, i will update.
