This 37" Dynex Flat Screen television is in good working condition. No scratches on the screen and minimal wear on the case. The top of the base does have a spot which looks like it melted and someone covered it with sparkling glue, also the bottom of the base did have a considerate amount of rust. I sanded it down and it has been repainted. Comes with the remote control.
