Wide drop waist with left side tie. Two upper back loop buttons. Skirt has wide elastic waistband. Sleeves are 3/4 length with thin elastic cuffs. Tones of navy blue, coral red, green, etc. Metallic threading throughout. Hand wash, 100% polyester. I am estimating this to be a Large (no size tag attached).
