Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will confirm your refund via e-mail. You can expect a refund via the payment method originally used for your purchase.

We will either refund your full purchase price (including shipping) or send a replacement if one is available. If they arrive damaged, we may need to see photos of the packaging and the items in question.
