(2) Two Antique Cabinet Card Photographs. Identified as Blanche Brown Munyan, at 14 months of age, and when she was two years and three months old. Photos taken in Putnam, Connecticut. Blanche was born on September 7, 1905 in Thompson, CT and died on January 3, 1979 in Palm Beach, Florida. She was married in 1926 to Ralph Clarence Pierce (1901-1975). Their children included Thelma Pierce (1934-2013), and Marcia Pierce (1940-2020) who married John Joseph Purcell, Jr. (1936-2008) on July 21, 1964 in Arlington, MA. The family genealogy of Blanche is included below, beginning with her parents Claude Monroe Munyan and Ada Ellen Brown. Photos measures 5 x 7.25, and 5 x 6.5. Comments: Claude Monroe Munyan was the son of Calvin Monroe Munyan (1850-1919) who wed Ella Janette Bates (1855-1935) on March 6, 1873 in Thompson, CT. Claude was born May 20, 1877 in Thompson, CT, and died December 9, 1955 in Putnam, CT. He married Ada Ellen Brown (1875-1916) on September 28, 1898 in Thompson, CT. Their children included: Gladys Evelyn Munyan (1899-1969), Herman Belden Munyan (1901-1978), Blanche Brown Munyan Pierce (1901-1975), Viola Iydelle Munyan (1908-1988), and Merrill Calvin Munyan (1909-1986) Additional genealogical information will be provided with the purchase of this photo.
