Item description
This beautiful antique rose bowl by Mt. Washington Glass is a stunning piece of hand-blown glass that will add a touch of elegance to any occasion. Top of this bowl has a ruffled effect with a beautiful obsolescent white interior. Outside of a bowl is a silk gradient from dark ruby rose red to a soft pink.
On the bottom there is a navel,? or circular point at its base. This is where the glass was cut from the blowing tube, indicating that it is in fact handblown.
Item is approximately 3 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter around the thickest section of the bowl. Item is an excellent condition for its age, but does have a couple of blemishes on the inside of the vase. Inside has a couple of brown areas that could potentially be removed with further cleaning. Otherwise, this is an immaculate piece that is a beauty to behold. Item is to believe to be antique dating back to the late 1800s.
